Basic flavor choices

Butter Chocolate or Vanila

Premium Flavor choices:

add $15 per tier

German Chocolate - traditional German chocolate, best paired with coconut pecan filling.                                                                   

Chocolate Porter - outstanding extremely dark chocolate, made with Montana Porter beer.  We think it's best with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and filling.

Orange Buttermilk - a wonderful slightly off-white sponge cake with delicious hints of orange.  It's best filled with lemon curd and/or white chocolate-lemon Mousse, and cream cheese or white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

Red Velvet Cake - Wow!  Are we glad we tried this.  A traditional "red velvet cake", can be frosted and filled with traditonal red velvet frosting.

Carrot Cake - Fantastic!  Carrot cake at it's best with a hint of cinnamon. 

Cream Cheese Pound Cake - Extraordinary cake!  In almond, lemon, or orange.  Our new "fave".
